Payment Policy
You can pay us using your internet banking, credit or debit card, Google Pay, Phone Pe, Paytm, UPI. For an international order also, you may pay us through Visa/Mastercard or Paypal.
Shipping Policy
We deliver to all and any postal address around the world. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code. Please note that residential shipments to USA some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell. Our courier agents USPS / DHL / FEDEX / TNT / UPS / Speed Post etc will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases. To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted. For the closing on Saturdays and Sundays all most countries so delivery will be late. In many Islamic countries Fridays are normal off days. Some times we can try to organize deliveries on Saturdays also with out any extra cost on case to case basis. Further deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country. Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner, does not make any pick-ups on those days.
Return Policy
It is our endeavour to provide you with the best possible customer service and hence we permit returns and exchanges as long as the product/s are unused, unwashed, defective/damaged, and are returned in saleable condition in with all original packaging, tags and invoices. You are required to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the package on customercareritukumar.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return/ exchange, else the goods will be considered sold and no further requests will be entertained. We will revert to your email within 24-48 hours with an appropriate solution. You will be receiving credits in your Ritu Kumar,Label Aarke online account (COD/Shipping fee excluded, if any) for returns on discounted merchandise. These credits will be valid until used. A refund will be issued to your original mode of payment in case of a return on non-discounted merchandise. In case of an exchange, please mention the size you wish to receive as an exchange in the initial email. Exchange orders will be shipped upon receipt of the returned order. Refund TC for Online orders - Refund will be issued only for Online India store within 7-10 working days from the date of pickup mode of refund will be the original method of payment (except COD).
